Andres E. Yepez,
Founder
Andres’ passion for real estate began early, inspired by his grandmother’s success in investing across land, residential, and commercial properties. Guided by her example, Andres purchased his first multi-unit investment property while still in college. This early immersion gave him hands-on experience in every aspect of the industry—from negotiating deals and knocking on doors, to managing contractors and working directly with tenants. These formative years helped him cultivate a deep understanding of real estate and a genuine enjoyment for all its facets.
He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois and is fluent in Spanish and French, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse clientele, including international real estate investors.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make a meaningful impact on communities, Andres founded Water Tower Holdings, Inc. His mission: to develop high-quality properties, refine top-tier rehab systems, and lead in real estate investment excellence.
